What makes your candles different? Our candles blend grass-fed beef tallow and beeswax for a long-lasting alternative to paraffin and soy. We use phthalate-free, paraben-free fragrances and avoid synthetic additives.
Why tallow and beeswax? Beeswax burns brighter and holds shape, while tallow provides excellent fragrance retention. Together they create a long-lasting candle.
Are your products allergy-friendly? Yes! We use simple ingredients without soy, coconut wax, parabens, phthalates, or Prop 65 chemicals. Our fragrances are free from harsh additives. If you have severe sensitivities, test in a well-ventilated area first.
Where do you source ingredients? We render our own beef tallow in-house and source from local Arizona butchers. Our beeswax comes from reputable USA suppliers. All fragrance oils are phthalate-free and paraben-free.

Product Types
What's the difference between candles and wax melts? Candles have wicks for burning, while wax melts are wickless and used in warmers for a flame-free option.
What sizes do you offer? We offer 4oz and 8oz candles in metal tins, plus 4oz, 6oz, and 8oz concrete vessel candles. We're not taking custom size requests as we're developing new vessel designs often.
What makes concrete vessel candles special? Each handcrafted concrete vessel is unique with pattern variations. They're filled with our tallow and beeswax blend and can be reused as planters or decor after the candle is finished.
What containers do you use? Our standard candles come in black or white metal tins (lightweight, unbreakable, travel-friendly). We also offer handcrafted concrete vessels with unique patterns.
Candle Care & Usage
How long do candles burn? 4oz candles: approx burn time ~26 hours | 8oz candles: approx burn time ~42 hours
How do I get the best performance?
- Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each burn
- First burn: let wax melt to edges (2-3 hours) to prevent tunneling
- Burn no more than 4 hours at a time
- Keep away from drafts, never leave unattended
Why does my candle have a white film? That's "bloom" - a characteristic of beeswax. Buff with a soft cloth or leave it; it won't affect performance.
How do I use wax melts? Place 1-2 cubes in your warmer. Each cube provides 6-12 hours of fragrance. Change when scent fades. Feel free to mix scents!
Can I reuse candle containers? Yes! Clean with hot soapy water and reuse for storage, plants, or decor.
Safety & Storage
Are tallow and beeswax candles safe indoors? Yes! They burn with minimal soot when wicks are trimmed properly.
Are your products safe around pets? As with any candle, keep out of reach and never leave unattended. Contact us with specific fragrance concerns.
How should I store products? Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Tallow balms may soften in warmth but firm up when cooled.
Why choose our candles? Many conventional candles contain paraffin (petroleum byproduct), phthalates, and synthetic dyes. Our candles use tallow and beeswax with phthalate-free fragrances.

Do you offer local delivery? Yes! Local delivery available within 20 miles of Snowflake (85937). Orders placed after 8 PM deliver the next day. Physical addresses only (no PO boxes).
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is flat rate and subject to change through USPS, UPS carriers.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Orders $45+ qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US.
How long does shipping take? Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

What's your return policy? Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for defected items in original packaging with receipt. Non-returnable: custom/personalized items, gift cards, sale items, wax melts and personal care.

How does ordering work? After ordering, we'll email a design proof within 1-2 business days. You get up to 3 free redesigns. Once approved, we'll craft your sign and provide delivery timeline.
