Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

  1. Processing Time
     Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or restocks, processing may take longer — any delays will be noted on our homepage or order confirmation email.
  2. Shipping Rates & Methods
     We currently ship to U.S. addresses via USPS, UPS. Shipping rates are flat rate and subject to change. Free shipping over $45
  3.  Tracking
     A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
  4. Lost or Delayed Packages
     Once an order is in the carrier's possession, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage. If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local post office first.
  5. Warm Weather Shipping
     During hot months, we recommend tracking your package closely to avoid wax products sitting in heat for extended periods. 
  6. Local Delivery 

    We offer local delivery within a 20-mile radius from zip code 85937

    Delivery Fees:

    • 0-10 miles: $3 delivery fee
    • 10-20 miles: $5 delivery fee
    • Orders beyond 20 miles will be shipped via standard shipping

    Delivery Schedule: Local deliveries are processed based on order received time. Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

    Important Notes:

    • Local delivery is not available for PO boxes
    • Please provide a secure drop-off location in your order notes at checkout
    • You will receive an email or text notification when your order has been delivered
    • Changing your delivery method after checkout may incur adjustment fees

Sales Tax:

 *Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to states where we have met the required sales tax collection threshold. If you do not see sales tax charged on your order, it means we have not yet reached the economic nexus threshold in your state.*
